From local chat, apparently almost everyone in the district did not get their hats either.

The issue persists in both Kamadan and LA, but seems to be intermittent. I have 4 accounts online presently, participating in the events, but still am lacking hats.

First event: Kamadan, Asian Korean 1, Dwayna Won, 2 got hats (Eve and Blaze).

2nd event: Kamadan, Asian Korean 1, Dwayna Won, No hats on any of the characters

3rd event: Kamadan, International (not sure which d), Dwayna Won, 1 character (Blyss) got a hat. The other 3 did not.

4th event: LA, American 99, Grenth Won, 2 hats (Blaze and Blyss) of 4

So 1 character (Fiery) has goen through 4 events and has not gotten either hat. 2 Characters managed to get both (Blaze and Blyss). 1 still only has 1 hat (Eve).

I will be spending event 5 in LA American as well.

Hi , I was in Kamadan Europe English Dist. 1 (6 PM) for Dwayna , didn't get my hat

A: Europre English District 1

* Did the event take place? That is, did Grenth and Dwayna have their battle, did you get presents, etc?
A: Yes, the event started and the dieties had their battle, I got like 16 presents

* Were you in the town before the finale "battle" started, before Grenth and Dwayna appeared?
A: No, I arrived just before the battle starts (when they explained the rules) , Dwayna and Grenth where there already when I arrived.

* Which hat would you have gotten? That is, which diety won the battle?
A: Dwayna's hat. Dwayna won the battle.

The snow crystal crest is quite cute.. I guess it's the girl in it.. xD

I hope the people not getting hats get resolved.

Maybe a NPC for people to receive their missing hats.. ^^

I was just in Lion's Arch and took part in the event and I did not receive the Dwayna hat.

-YES, I WAS IN TOWN BEFORE THE FINALE "BATTLE" TOOK PLACE. GRENTH AND DWAYNA WERE NOT PRESENT WHEN I ARRIVED.
-DWAYNA WON THE BATTLE, BUT NO ONE RECEIVED A DWAYNA HAT.

Just checked on my accounts, both were in Kamadan euro-10. My main just had some presents, my alt got the snowflake hat >.<

Missed the 8am GMT giveaway but the 11am I received hat in LA (Grenth), zoned to Kamadan for Dwayna, no hat. Been to every event since and no hat for Dwayna in various districts. Both LA and Kamadan. Have logged out and swapped characters. Nada...

10 pm GMT +8 event (I think it was the third)

I was in one of the later LA districts. Not sure which, but it was odd-numbered. Possibly something like 87.

I arrived just before the event started. No hat. We got up to exploding presents, but no hat. Grenth won 200-0.

Boyfriend was in one of the later even numbered districts. (He can't remember which.) Similarly, arrived before event started. Dwayna won. I can't remember if he experienced the finale, though - but again, no hat.

We both got the gifts, though.

Aion had something called the "Solorius" Festival which decorated the main town on each faction with a few xmas trees. Nothing original as these same trees were just cut n' pasted all over. There was an NPC available to buy holiday items.

No hats, no quests, no special holiday drops... in other words... a HUGE FAIL. Aion could really use some of Anets creative minds when it comes to holiday events.

I've been to three finales in LA now with 2 accounts. First finale both accounts got Grenth hat, second and third finale neither account got Dwayna's hat (Dwayna won).

okay after staying up until 3am eastern time zone i got my grenth hat in la polish dis 1. and my friends and i zoned to kama polish dis 2 i think and we were late so we missed thier 3am thing. but i got the hat at 6am time zone. but havent gotten a hat since. because arent we supposed to keep getting hats until we leave the zone? it happened at halloween.
